As you stare into the abyss, Black Chasm stares right back. This chocolate rye stout is aged 5 months in 100% rye whiskey barrels, exuding sweet vanilla bourbon notes, with a full-bodied backbone. [ABV 5.7% • IBU 30/ Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Mt Hood, Sterling] This American style Amber ale is layered with rich and complex malt flavor. Notes of dark caramel, bread crust, dried fruit and raisins are balanced by floral and herbal hop flavors, complimented by delicate citrus aromatics.
