Lost Dog Lamb Chops
12 small Loin Lamb Chops
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
6 oz Napa Smith Lost Dog Red Ale (1/2 standard bottle – drink the rest!)
Olive oil
Thyme
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
1. Marinade lamb chops for 1 hour with Lost Dog Red Ale & crushed garlic
2. Pre-heat grill to medium-high (about 400°F)
3. Remove chops from marinade, brush one side w/ olive oil, sprinkle lightly with
thyme, rosemary, salt, & pepper
4. Place on grill brushed side down
5. Grill for 4-5 minutes, while brushing top side lightly w/ olive oil & sprinkle
lightly w/ thyme, rosemary, salt, & pepper
6. Turn over, grill for 4-5 minutes
7. Remove from grill, loosely cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before
serving
8. Optional – serve over rice or mashed potatoes
