Crush is a medium bodied lager with a toasted malt aroma and soft Oktoberfest beer character. In tribute to the grape harvest in Napa, we also add a small amount of grapes to each batch. In keeping with the Bavarian tradition of Oktoberfest, this Amber Lager incorporates the use of traditional malts with low hop bitterness and a hint of fruit flavor. With white foam lacing the glass, Crush is soft, complex and elegant. As they say, “It takes a lot of great beer at harvest time to make great wine.”

Brown or Spanish rice, or 8 large buns
1. Marinade sausages in 8oz beer (save some for sautéing later) for 2 hours
2. Pour oil in sauté pan, heat until Medium High
3. Place sausages in pan with marinade, cook for 6-7 minutes to cook off marinade,
turning periodically
4. Add remaining 4 oz of Crush Beer, cook for 4 more minutes turning occasionally
